Biostatistics Department
The UCLA Division of Biostatistics was established in the School of Public Health (SPH) in 1959 and awarded its first Ph.D. degree in 1963. With over 25 faculty and 60 students, our department today is a leader in biostatistical training for academia, government and industry.
