Grad2Grad (G2G) aims to provide students with support and retention resources aimed at building a strong community of scholars who will persist, collaborate, and succeed throughout the duration of their academic careers at UCLA.
We do this through 1-on-1 peer mentoring, networking opportunities, and a suite of workshops designed to support student success.
Grad2Grad currently serves mentees who are first-year doctoral students. Mentees are paired with a more established doctoral student (2nd year and beyond) as a mentor.
Grad2Grad provides a space for mentees to build a support network and the opportunity to learn from a mentor’s experience.
The Graduate and Postdoctoral Success unit also oversees the Edward Bouchet Graduate Honors Society. Learn more and to apply.
