Campus tours are held multiple times each month during the academic year (early-October through late-May) and take approximately 90 minutes. They begin at various times from the UCLA Graduate Division (1237 Murphy Hall). Tours begin with a 30 minute overview presentation of UCLA resources and landmarks. Immediately following the presentation is the walking portion of the tour.
Campus Tours focus specifically on the graduate student experience at UCLA. Learn more about graduate student life, graduate student resources, funding, and much more! Our walking tour includes multiple stops such as:
- North Campus – home to programs and degrees in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences.
- South Campus – home to programs and degrees in the fields of Physical and Life Sciences.
- Bruin Plaza – the central quad where many student services, resources, and popular UCLA landmarks can be found.
- UCLA landmarks – stops at the Murphy Sculpture Garden, the famed Janss Steps, and UCLA’s iconic Royce Hall.
For more information about the program you are applying to, we encourage you to contact your department of interest directly. Contact information to departments can be found on our homepage.
Walk-ins are welcome, but we ask that you please register in advance. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation, including links to directions and parking information. Bear in mind traffic in the area may be difficult, so we encourage you to allow ample time for travel and parking. If you have additional questions or need special accommodation, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (310)206-3411.
