The Office of Academic and Postdoctoral Services hosts workshops and drop-in sessions for graduate students filing a thesis or dissertation to learn about the electronic filing process (ETD process). Students also learn about specific formatting requirements and have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the administrative analysts that facilitate the online filing of theses and dissertations during the workshops and drop-ins listed below.

Electronic Thesis and Dissertation (ETD) Filing Workshops

These workshops will inform students about policies and procedures related to filing theses and dissertations. These sessions will cover information for both master’s and doctoral filers. All Graduate students who are filing this year are encouraged to attend.

Electronic Thesis and Dissertation (ETD) Filing Drop-In Hours

Held via Zoom

Graduate students who are finalizing the formatting of their thesis or dissertation are welcome to attend a drop-in hour and receive assistance and feedback about filing and formatting requirements from Academic and Postdoctoral Services Analysts.
