Eligibility

• Graduate students must be in a PhD program at UCLA. Graduate students in other
  doctoral degree programs (e.g., ScD, PsyD, EdD, DNP, etc.) are not eligible.
• Fall 2026 Graduates are not eligible
• Must have Advanced to Candidacy (ATC) by October 2026
• Must be available for Welcome Luncheon and Annual Bouchet Conference in April 2027

Application Requirements and Material

2. Letter of Recommendation
3. Narrative Statement
4. Unofficial copy of your UCLA transcript.
5. A current Curriculum Vitae (CV)
6. Statement of Confidentiality Waiver

*Recommendation must be completed by one of the following: Nominee’s Dissertation Advisor, Graduate Faculty Member invested in the Nominee’s research or UCLA faculty member, Dean or Director
