In addition to the University's minimum requirements and those listed above, all applicants are expected to submit the departmental application through the Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS]. Applicants should first fill out a SOPHAS application and then complete and pay for the UCLA Graduate Education application. Ph.D.: Applicants to the doctoral program must have completed, or be in the process of completing, a master's degree in public health or a related field. Applicants must also provide a writing sample. |
