For Individual Predoctoral (F31) & Postdoctoral (F32) Fellows
Effective July 1, 2011, the Office of Research Administration (ORA) assumed primary responsibility for high level administration of NRSA applications and awards, which was previously handled by Graduate Division.
Authority to approve and submit F-type applications rests with Grant Analysts in Office of Contract and Grant Administration (OCGA) and Departmental Research Associates in a limited number of departments.
Visit the UCLA Office of Research Administration’s NRSA Overview for information about the application process, step-by-step intructions, “just-in-time” documents, awarding and activation, progress reports, and termination notices.
If you have any questions contact an OCGA Grant Analyst. Select the appropriate individual based on your mentor’s department, center or unit.
